Latisha is an Associate within the Real Estate Finance team at Avison Young and a Chartered Town Planner with over nine years experience working both in the private and public sectors, having previously worked for Walsall Housing Group. The Avison Young Real Estate Finance team operates in the space that joins commercial property, legal structuring and finance and funding, therefore can provide end to end advice in support of the public sector agenda. Latisha brings with her experience of working with key public and private clients including WMCA, LEP and local authorities. Alongside her role at Avison Young, Latisha is deeply passionate about Diversity and Inclusion and has roles in the UK and Global Strategy for D&I for Avison Young and through her national involvement in Women in Planning.
