From 12th February 2026, you may notice a small change to how your Direct Debit appears on your bank statement.
This is linked to a tidy‑up of our brand name and won’t affect your payments in any way.
What’s changing?
We’ve updated the name that shows on your bank statement.
Old name: allpay Limited on behalf of CVCHA Direct Debit
New name: allpay Limited on behalf of The Pioneer Group
Our payment administrator, allpay Limited, will continue to collect your Direct Debit as normal, it’s only the name has changed.
Do I need to do anything?
No.
You don’t need to take any action. We’ve already shared the updated details with your bank, so your Direct Debit will continue as usual.
