Last night at approximately 7:30pm, our teams were made aware of an incident on Castle Vale involving one of our properties and a vehicle.

Our immediate priority was to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the resident, and we can confirm that they are safe.

We engaged with the resident on site last night and will continue to support them.

Simon Wilson, Chief Executive of The Pioneer Group, said:

We are also reviewing footage from our CCTV system to assist with the investigation. As this is now part of an active police investigation, we are unable to comment further at this time. We will continue to work closely with the police, and support their inquiry wherever we can.
