Join Us for Our First Leaseholder Drop‑In Session – Thursday 19th March

We’re planning our first dedicated drop‑in session for leaseholders on Thursday 19th March, from 11am to 3pm at The Sanctuary. This is the first in a series of sessions we’ll be running, with future times planned to make sure everyone has the chance to attend.

Our teams from Assets and Commercial will be there, where they’ll answer your questions and help with providing you the right information or support.

Why should I attend?

This is your chance to ask your questions about any leasehold-related issues, including:

  • Service charges
  • Major works
  • Lease queries
  • Estate management issues

Do I need to book a time slot?

No, all you need to do is simply turn up to The Sanctuary between 11am-3pm. Our team at Reception will direct you to the drop-in session.

I can’t make this session. How can I ask my questions?

We understand that this session may clash with other commitments, meaning you can’t attend. That’s why we are looking to organise more drop-in sessions over the next months, to give more flexibility to leaseholders who are unavailable on 19th March.

Once we have confirmed our next drop-in sessions, we’ll share these on our social media channels, website and a letter to leaseholders.
