Did you know we can provide our information in alternative formats and different languages?
We’re always looking at how we can improve our communications for all our customers. For some, they may need our information in another language, or in another format that is more accessible.
That’s why you can request our printed materials in translations and alternative formats; giving you the information you need, in a way that works for you.
What can I request?
You can request:
- Leaflets or brochures translated into other languages
- Large-print versions of materials
- Other accessible formats where needed
How can I ask for translated or accessible materials?
All you need to do is let a member of our team know you need information in a different language or format. You can ask our Customer First team (through our Reception or phone/email lines), your Patch Officer or even one of our Community Connectors at a Learning HUB.
Make sure to include details of the information and language or format you need.
We aim to provide translated or accessible materials within 10 working days. If for any reason we can’t meet this, a member of our team will be in touch to notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline.
