Our Zero Tolerance Policy

To make sure we keep to this environment, we operate a zero tolerance policy towards any form of aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour. This includes verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, or any conduct that causes others to feel unsafe or disrespected.

Zero tolerance means that every incident is taken seriously and addressed quickly. It’s about setting clear boundaries that protect the wellbeing of everyone involved.
