The Pioneer Group are delighted to announce the appointment of Clarity Procurement Solutions to support our procurement activities over the next three years. Pioneer owns and manages approximately 2,500 homes in Castle Vale and the surrounding areas within Birmingham.
Clarity Procurement Solutions has a long track record of delivering procurement support in the sector and they have initially been tasked with evaluating procurement processes and providing strategic recommendations. Acting as an outsourced procurement arm, Clarity Procurement Solutions will primarily collaborate with Pioneer’s asset management team to ensure procurement activities align with our corporate strategic objectives and comply with the requirements of the newly introduced Procurement Act 2023.
