She has extensive expertise across all aspects of housing management and community engagement and is particularly passionate about working with customers to shape services that are inclusive, responsive, and reflective of local needs. Jo is a strong advocate for customer voice, ensuring that The Pioneer Group’s customer strategies and initiatives are informed by real experiences and priorities.

Jo has responsibility for the Tenancy and Neighbourhood Standards.
