Nikki is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in various Finance and Business Support roles. Nikki has worked in the Housing Sector for over 15 years, and currently works at Cottsway Housing as Head of Finance and Treasury. Her areas of interest are business planning, raising of new finance and building capacity. Prior to this, Nikki has led on variety of digital transformation programmes, with a focus on utilising technology to improve efficiencies. Prior to joining the Housing Sector, Nikki worked for AIM listed companies within the biotechnology sector.
