Tracey is a Retirement Living Manager for Black Country Housing Group and has worked for them since 1998 in a variety of roles. Having completed her CIH Level 5 in Housing, she has a passionate commitment to improving the quality of life for older people. With hands-on experience in managing retirement schemes she brings frontline insight with housing operations, resident engagement, and person-centred service delivery.

As a trainee board member with Pioneer, she is excited to learn more about governance and to use her experience as a platform to contribute a practical perspective for strategic decision-making, particularly in areas related to housing frontline management, community wellbeing, and resident voice. She is keen to support governance that reflects the needs of customers.
