Who Can Access the Footage?
Access to CCTV footage is strictly controlled. It may be shared with:

  • Police and law enforcement (for investigations)
  • Legal representatives or insurers (with proper requests)
  • Individuals who appear in the footage (subject to legal conditions)

We never share footage unless there’s a valid reason and it’s handled securely.

How Long We Keep Footage
Footage is stored for 28 days, then automatically deleted. If needed for an investigation, it may be kept longer under strict controls.

Keeping It Secure

  • Only authorised staff can access the Control Room.
  • All visitors must sign in and agree to confidentiality.
  • We regularly review our systems and policies to stay up to date and compliant.
