The Pioneer Group Customer Influence Committee

Our Customer Influence Committee is a great way to help shape and improve the services we provide.

The Committee is made up of nine members, most of who are customers here. Working alongside our colleagues and our Group Board, this Committee plays a key role in ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in our services.

As a member of the Customer Influence Committee, our members:

  • Listen, and ask insightful questions
  • Contribute to healthy discussions and constructive challenge
  • Respect and acknowledge the contributions of others
  • Share your own views and ideas
  • Promote fairness, respect, and a commitment to equality and diversity
  • Seek opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills

The CIC meet around six times a year.
