We are a housing association rooted in the heart of Castle Vale.

We manage over 2,500 homes, with the majority located in Castle Vale and additional properties in Stetchford, Stockland Green, Erdington, and Sutton Coldfield.

But we’re more than just a landlord. Our mission is to create thriving communities and provide opportunities for local people. Based in Castle Vale, we deliver a range of services through The Sanctuary, a community hub offering family support, financial guidance, employment advice, and a variety of activities to support residents.

We also manage Castle Vale Stadium, home to two state-of-the-art football pitches, supporting grassroots sport and bringing people together.

We’re committed to building strong neighbourhoods, supporting local residents, and making Castle Vale and surrounding areas great places to live.
